How can I Store my Supers until I can Extract?

Best practice would dictate that you pull the Super or Frames from the Hive, Extract them promptly and put them back out in the Super. Or, leave them in the Super until you can perform the Extraction in a timely manner.

Frames should be extracted within a day or two of removal. If you cannot extract immediately and are removing them from the hive you need to secure them properly to ensure contamination does not occur.

If you are setup for it, the frames can be put into a freezer. Doing this will kill wax moths and other pests. Leaving them in a freezer for a full 48 hours should also kill any eggs which may be present on the frames.
