29% and 3% Hydrogen Peroxide

We have 29% Hydrogen Peroxide in stock for a variety of uses.

We also have 3% Hydrogen Peroxide for very good prices so that you do not have to dilute it yourself.

Both of the above percentages are available in  1 Gallon plastic jugs.

The best thing about Hydrogen Peroxide is that it is……

Non-Toxic for People, Pets, Plants and the Planet

Anti-Bacterial – Anti-Fungal – Anti-Mold – Anti-Mildew

Gardeners use this safe naturally degrading 3% product for many things as you will learn below.

Most uses will require that you dilute it down to a 3% mix.

Dilution instructions are available right on this page if you choose to go with the strong stuff.

This is not the little brown bottle of 3% which comes from the local pharmacy or store shelf.

This is a 29% mix which takes some responsibility for proper use.

We personally started using this for household cleaning and as an alternative sanitizer for our Cedar Hot Tub.

For the Hot Tub, the benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide  (H2O2) over chlorine, bromine or salt water is incredible. You notice the difference as soon as you enter the water and feel the difference in your skin as soon as you leave the tub.

No smell or chlorine after effects.

The uses which we are promoting this product for are as follows.

Hot Tub

I will elaborate more on this one as some tests start to happen around our house.

345 ml (12 fluid ounce) 29% Hydrogen Peroxide – > 1000 Liter (approx. 250 Gallon) = 100 ppm

We have test strips for sale which will validate 0 ppm – 100 ppm – 200 ppm – 400 ppm

Household Use

1 Gallon of hot/warm water mixed with 1 cup of 29% Hydrogen Peroxide is fantastic for mopping floors to ensure cleanliness and gain the anti-bacterial result which will make you feel good about your floors.

A 3% solution of Hydrogen Peroxide can be sprayed directly onto the floor from a spray bottle and mopped up to get anti-bacterial action.

A 3% solution of Hydrogen Peroxide sprayed directly onto any tiled surface which is stained or has mold/mildew on it. Let it sit and soak in a bit to get the most benefit from this and then wipe it off as you would any other cleaner.
Extended regular use on Tile and Grout will reduce or prevent mold/mildew from developing back on that surface.

Animal Care

Works as a fantastic anti-bacterial cleaner (not good for use on Metal surfaces as it can increase possibility of corrosion)
– Any spilled animal bodily fluids
– Bird Cages
– Litter Boxes
– Rodent and Reptile Cages and Habitats
– Empty Fish Tanks
– Fish Ponds
– Bird Baths
– Bird Feeders
– Hummingbird Feeders
– Plastic or Glass Food/Water Bowls

Skin Infections and Abcesses can be cleaned with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide though this use is no longer said to be a good practice as H2O2 will damage healthy tissue.

Clean your Animals fur or coat using a cotton rag with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide that has been sprayed on it. Use the towel on the animal as if you were petting it. The result will be a fluffy sterilized animal. I would not recommend doing this often as you do not want to strip the oils from any Animals fur.

Works great to get rid of stains on Animals fur.

Taxidermy

Use 29% Hydrogen Peroxide to Whiten/Bleach Animal Skulls/Bones.

Use as an anti-bacterial soak or wipe to make bones shine and safe to handle.

We do not condone any Human internal ingestion of any type of Hydrogen Peroxide  (H2O2) and if you wish to do that you should best look for information elsewhere.
