Your Choice Dry Seed
2 – 10×20 Trays
1 – 10×20 Hemp Mat
2 cup soaking water (approx.)
3 cup initial tray water (approx.)
1 T5HO or LED light source
3% H2O2
1 light stand or pulley system
Balance of 1-gallon remaining water for feeding/misting
- Soak seed in approx. 2x volume of water overnight
- Rinse seed thoroughly
- Soak hemp in the tray with water, drain off excess
- Spread seed evenly over hemp mat
- Mist lightly with diluted H2O2 solution (1-2 tsp per quart)
- Cover with another tray and add weight 5-10 Lb
- Mist 2x daily for next 3 days
- Remove weight and blackout with inverted tray
- Mist 2x daily for 2-3 more days
- Remove blackout lid and supply light for approx. 6 more days, bottom feed with approx. 1 cup water daily
- Trim your microgreens just above mat with knife or scissors (washing in water will only aid in a shorter life span. Avoid washing if possible)
- Hemp mat is 100% compostable, and is extremely beneficial to your compost
