Check out this listing for it at “Canadian Tire” their 7 strand, 50′ Paracord is $7.99 but under the specs it says the breaking strength is 99 Lbs and it is made out of Polyester! There is also a review from 2015 stating it is only 4 strand inner core.
Our new source supplies us true 100% Canadian Made, Nylon, 7 strand inner, 550 # Cord which we are offering for $9/50′ or $14/100′ (larger lengths are also available).
There should be a Hank of Paracord in every car, truck, boat, snowmobile and ATV out there. At a minimum, you should have a Hank in the daypack/backpack you take on all of your adventures.
We also have Firecord coming soon, this is not something to use in big projects (because of the cost) but is great to cut short lengths from for making zipper pulls, lanyards and items which make up part of an EDC (Every Day Carry).
