Ingredients
2tbspcanola oil
2tbspcanola oil
2cupssour kimchi
5wholeeggs
2cupscooked ricesushi/sticky
1tbspsugar
1canmeatoptional
1/4cupcheeseoptional
?tbspcrumbled seaweedif desired
Instructions
Cut meat into small pieces, fry to your desired preference, remove from pan and set aside
1 can meat
In a bowl cut kimchi into small pieces
2 cups sour kimchi
Scramble eggs in a frying pan with oil, then remove from pan and set aside
2 tbsp canola oil, 5 whole eggs
In the frying pan, add 2 more tbsp's of canola oil, add chopped kimchi and sugar, stir well till no longer soggy
To the frying pan, add cooked rice (sticky/sushi rice), stir together
2 cups cooked rice
Now add the previously cooked eggs to the pan, stir together
Add meat to pan and mix in if you chose to use this ingredient
1 can meat
Leave it for a couple of minutes then turn off the heat
Sprinkle cheese/crumbled seaweed on top if desired
1/4 cup cheese, ? tbsp crumbled seaweed
